Due to the nature of our mentorship services, refunds may be available under specific circumstances. If you are not satisfied with your mentorship program, please contact us within 14 days of enrollment to discuss your options.
To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us via email at talk@elitefrproductar.world or through our contact page. Include your enrollment details and reason for cancellation. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
If you have already begun your mentorship program, we may offer a partial refund based on the services already provided. The amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, taking into account completed sessions and used resources.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed.
